Parking is available at the Promenade and is FREE! If you plan on drinking please be responsible and plan your transportation accordingly. You can Uber, Lyft, or carpool to the location DO NOT DRIVE UNDER INFLUENCE!

Semi-Formal but keep in mind there WILL be dancing so wear comfortable shoes or bring an extra pair to change into (if you plan to wear heels/dress shoes).

Sport Coats, Buttons ups, Dresses, Pantsuits, Chinos, Suits, etc.

NO sweats, hoodies, T-shirts, etc. you get the idea

YES! This event is 100% open to any partners, friends, loved ones, children, etc. that you'd like to invite to come along with you!

YES! Although not strictly child friendly (there will be drinking) we will provide small entertainment for younger children. We will NOT be providing any Day-care/babysitting/chaperone services so you will need to keep and eye on your own children.

$20 per person. $10 for students. Kids are free.

This event is completely funded by out-of-pocket expenses by the planning committee, so your payment helps us greatly!

Yes food, drinks, and alcohol will all be provided. Food will be in a self-serve buffet style with drinks available at your own leisure. Alcohol will also be provided, there will be NO bartender or cocktail service so please be respectful (don't steal bottles/hoard them) and make your own drinks to your liking!

Keep in mind we are not responsible for any injuries or harm that comes from your own consumption and we implore you to drink responsibly.

If you wish to bring your OWN alcohol (if you have a preference or are worried your favorite drink won't be there) feel free to BYO!

The last day to RSVP is 11/08.

Once you've registered for the event you can simply click on "Register" again and at the bottom of the page use the "Modify Registration" button. You can also use the "Manage your Registration" from the confirmation email you received (check your spam!).
